Fox Trot 2013 5K Fun Run
To Benefit Black Forest and Waldo Canyon survivors 
through services of He.A.R.T of Colorado

October 5th 2013 at Fox Run Regional Park
Race begins at 8:30; on-site registration opens at 7:30
Come run or walk among the ponderosa pines in beautiful Black Forest, and be a part of this important community event designed to benefit He.A.R.T. of Colorado's disaster relief work including the completion of a mural designed to inspire hope and healing in local fire survivors and the community at large. An art Expo and silent auction will follow the Fox Trot, so bring the whole family! Free admission to the art expo for all race participants!
Registration fee:

Adults:$29.95 before  09/15/13 or $34.95 afterward and same-day registration
Kids 15 and under: 19.95 all dates 
and same-day registration

The mission of He.A.R.T. of Colorado is To quickly and effectively respond to the people of Colorado who are impacted by disaster and traumatic events by facilitating and enhancing their psychological and social resources, promoting resilience, and finding meaning from human suffering.

Integrating a variety of artistic modalities with proven psychological interventions to promote recovery.Promoting strengths, resiliency, and community connections. Facilitating group and individual interventions that inspire hope and action while honoring each person's experience.
